Laney Global 5-Year Limited Warranty

All Laney and Black Country Customs products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, under use and service for a period of 5-years* on parts, 3-year on labour, 1-year on speakers and 90 days on valves & fuses, from the original date of purchase.

Products must be purchased from an authorised dealer within the country of warranty claim in order to receive warranty service.

The warranty is non transferrable.

Any products found to be defective within the applicable period will be repaired or replaced at the option of Laney Amplification provided that :-

  1. The product has not been, modified misused, abused or inappropriately maintained by any person not authorised by Laney Amplification.
  2. Failure is resulting from a defect in material or workmanship and was not due to use other than intended use.
  3. The product was not used in abnormal, excessive, or unusual operating conditions.
  4. The product is promptly delivered at the claimant's cost to the seller at the place of purchase or to a Laney authorised service centre with proof of purchase within the specified warranty period.

There are no warranties expressed or implied, other than those outlined in this document, there is no warranty for merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

This warranty does not cover loan or rental.

Limitation of liability - the above warranty represents the purchaser's exclusive remedy and Laney amplification shall not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages relating to the product sold.


The following items are excluded from the Global 5-year warranty

  • Speakers - warranty period of 1 year
  • Valves & Fuses - warranty period of 90 days

Instigate a Warranty claim

In order to claim on your Laney 5-Year global warranty you must take your defective Laney/BCC item and your sales receipt or other proof of purchase to your Authorised Laney Dealer.

Your Authorised Laney Dealer will require the following information in order to deal with the service claim on your behalf

  • Full name
  • Contact telephone number
  • Product name
  • Product serial number
  • A full statement/description of the issue and how it occurred

You warranty claim will be handled by the Authorised Laney Dealer and the replacement or repaired unit will be shipped back to your Authorised Laney Dealer for you to collect.
