We travelled to Jordans home in the English countryside to sit with him in his home studio and hear his story, his journey from Australia to England, how he found Laney and the new album he is currently writing.
Jordan started his musical journey when a neighbour gave his family a piano, from there the musical journey was sparked and he turned his hand to guitar, bass, synth and singing. He started making beats and found the production side of music was where his passion for music grew.
Fast forward to now and Jordan is writing a new album at his home studio, with some very special new tools to help inspire in the form of some new Laney amplifiers. He was at a jam session in London where fellow Laney artist and producer Fred Cox had his Lionheart L5-Studio amplifier. Jordan was blown away by the sound produced by the studio and asked Fred to introduce him to us. A journey to Laney HQ in Birmingham followed and the new LA-Studio caught his eye and ear, the ability to change the sound sent to the cab via the Two-Notes Dyn-IR system proved to Jordan that this is not just a great amplifier, but a fantastic tool for use in the studio.
We can’t wait to hear the new sounds that Jordan creates for the new album, and of course with his new Laney amps supporting the process all the way!
