We are proud to announce that cyber rock sensation, Jayce Lewis is part of the Laney Endorsee Family

Not many artists have been featured in their own BBC documentary (Shown twice), gained a 5 year deal with EMI Music, headlined stadium shows, and have recruited Darth Vader to handle their PR, all in the space of one year.

The welsh artist wrote the hit track ‘Icon’ back in September 2009. Following it’s release, his first ever solo tour was headlining a 5 city jaunt for VH1/MTV, sponsored by Ray ban. This secured Jayce’s ‘Icon’ single on number 1 compilation ‘Smash Hits 2009′ featuring alongside the likes of Coldplay, The Prodigy, Nickelback, Depeche Mode etc. The commissioning of BBC 1 documentary ‘Big in India’ was granted in December 2009 and captured two live shows in India to a 40,000 strong crowd.

Jayce’s eagerly awaited self titled album is released 11th October 2010. The album promises to deliver a unique sound combining dance with rock, all of which is written, composed and performed by Jayce, on every instrument.

Jayce’s sound is crucial when it comes to Guitars and Bass, his full back-line is Laney.

On a recent visit to MDG’s head offices in Boonton NJ, for the launch of the new partnership, Laney International Sales Manager, Roger Williams said:

Heaven and Hell Pay Tribute to Dio at High Voltage

Heaven and Hell paid tribute to the late Ronnie James Dio at the High Voltage Festival this weekend. Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler and Vinnie Appice were joined by Glenn Hughes and Jorn Lande for the show. The performance was a tribute to Ronnie James Dio who passed away in May. The concert was also to raise awareness of the Ronnie James Dio “Stand Up And Shout” cancer charity.

The Prodigy hold The Warriors Dance Festival This Weekend

The Prodigy headline their own festival this weekend at Milton Keynes Bowl.

The Warriors Dance Festival is a one day event on Saturday 24th July at the world famous venue and will be the biggest concert the band has ever performed as their own show.

Laney Endorsee Rob Holliday will be using no less than 8 Laney 4×12 cabinets for their headline show, along with his usual arsenal of Laney Heads.

Opeth to Release Royal Albert Hall Performance

Laney Endorsees Opeth are releasing a new live album In Live Concert At The Royal Albert Hall through Roadrunner Records on September 20th.

Opeth are twenty years and nine records into their legendary career.

The performance at the Royal Albert Hall was recorded on the 5th of April, 2010. The show includes two sets, the first of which shows the band performing their now-classic, breakthrough epic, Blackwater Park in its entirety. The second, is a chronologically arranged selection of material from the rest of Opeth’s extensive catalogue, totaling almost three hours of music.

Laney Endorsee and fronman Mikael Åkerfeldt says “Opeth had a magical night playing the Royal Albert Hall. It was a dream come true, and now afterwards, it still feels like a dream. We got it all on film, and this, our third live recording and DVD might be my personal favorite. One couldn’t help to think of all the fantastic artists that played there over the years. Looking back at this night of celebration brings me fond memories of our 20th anniversary—this package is the delayed birthday present. Enjoy!”
